Employee Resource Groups

We are proud of our employee resource groups (ERGs), created by employees, for employees. They foster connection and a workplace culture centred on empathy, growth and mutual understanding. With eight diverse groups already in place and more on the horizon, our ERG program is expanding to embrace even more perspectives and experiences.
