Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Recruteur(e) bilingue en santé pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce rôle est essentiel dans la gestion du recrutement pour les Programmes de soutien aux patients, avec un accent principal sur les postes d’infirmier(ère)s ainsi que sur certains rôles administratifs en santé.

La personne retenue collaborera étroitement avec les leaders d’affaires afin d’anticiper les besoins en effectifs, de bâtir des réservoirs de talents cliniques solides et d’assurer un processus de recrutement fluide, efficace et transparent. Le ou la titulaire du poste évolue avec une grande autonomie, tout en maintenant une communication régulière et proactive avec les gestionnaires d’embauche.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer le cycle complet de recrutement pour des postes d’infirmier(ère)s sur le terrain ainsi que des rôles administratifs en santé
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires et les responsables de programmes afin de bien comprendre les besoins actuels et futurs en dotation
  • Développer et maintenir des réservoirs de talents en soins infirmiers ainsi que des réseaux de candidats qualifiés
  • Effectuer la présélection et les entrevues en évaluant les compétences cliniques et l’adéquation au poste
  • Fournir des suivis réguliers aux gestionnaires sur l’avancement des candidatures, les échéanciers et les conditions du marché
  • Assurer une tenue rigoureuse des dossiers dans les systèmes de suivi des candidatures (ATS)
  • Coordonner les entrevues, les vérifications de références et les offres d’emploi
  • Soutenir les activités de planification de la main-d’œuvre et la production de rapports, au besoin

Qualifications

  • Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience en recrutement dans le secteur de la santé
  • Expérience en recrutement d’infirmier(ère)s ou de professionnels de la santé réglementés fortement souhaitée
  • Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais), à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Excellente connaissance des rôles cliniques, des compétences infirmières et de la terminologie médicale
  • Expérience en recrutement dans divers rôles en santé; une expérience en programmes de soutien aux patients ou en milieu communautaire constitue un atout
  • Approche proactive et collaborative, avec capacité à travailler de façon autonome
  • Grand souci du détail, forte rigueur et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Forte maturité professionnelle et bon jugement
  • Maîtrise des systèmes de suivi des candidatures (ATS) et de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe, un atout

Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting Patient Support Programs, with a primary focus on nursing roles as well as healthcare administrative positions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, build strong clinical talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent recruitment process. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining regular and proactive communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based nursing roles and healthcare administrative positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Build and maintain proactive nursing talent pipelines and candidate networks
  • Conduct screening and interviews while assessing clinical competencies and role alignment
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress, timelines, and market conditions
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and ensure strong documentation practices
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and offer processes
  • Support workforce planning and reporting activities as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare recruitment experience
  • Strong preference for experience recruiting nurses or regulated healthcare professionals
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles, nursing competencies, and medical terminology
  • Experience recruiting across healthcare roles; patient support program or community healthcare experience is an asset
  • Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, rigour, and organizational skills
  • High level of professional maturity and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
