Calian is seeking former senior officers, NCOs, warrant officers and civilians with collective training expertise to support the Canadian Armed Forces. Our work directly contributes to operational readiness—preparing personnel to defend Canada and support our allies overseas.

Operational and strategic planning, doctrine, exercise design, development and delivery, wargaming, policy (POLAD), maritime operations

Cleared, or ready to be

A current national or NATO secret clearance is required for all opportunities. If you do not currently hold an active clearance but meet the experience requirements, Calian can assist.
