Our organization is experiencing significant growth and would benefit from a candidate with industry experience in communication and technology. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage time sensitive workloads through effective multitasking and prioritization.<\/p>\n<p><!--CareersInnerInfo--><\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Project Managers to implement the project and proposal procedures in a disciplined and organized manner.<\/li>\n<li>Support the project managers in coordinating and tracking project and proposal activities to ensure schedules and deliverables are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, forecasts and status reports.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project costs and progress, identify variances and prepare ad hoc reports for project managers to support project oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strong working knowledge of contractual matters related to assigned projects and proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as required within the context of the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree or Diploma in a related discipline, preferably in project management or finance.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2-3 years working in a project controls environment.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with numbers, including budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong prioritization skills supported by excellent time management and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage a demanding and deadline driven workload effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to receive a Government of Canada Security Clearance.<\/li>\n<li>This role is now focused on Saskatoon-based candidates (hybrid), though previously submitted applications from other locations may still be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please Note: The internal job title for this role is Project Controller.
