la recherche d&rsquo;un Responsable de l&rsquo;&eacute;tiquetage UID pour soutenir notre client dans la r&eacute;alisation de son projet.<\/p>\n<p><!--CareersInnerInfo--><\/p>\n<p>Responsabilit&eacute;s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>G&eacute;rer et superviser les ressources de Calian lors de l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution des activit&eacute;s de marquage UID dans les installations du DND<\/li>\n<li>Effectuer des relev&eacute;s de site afin d&rsquo;&eacute;clairer les estimations de ressources pour les futures autorisations de t&acirc;ches li&eacute;es au marquage UID;<\/li>\n<li>Appliquer des &eacute;tiquettes UID aux &eacute;quipements situ&eacute;s dans les installations du DND\/FAC partout au Canada conform&eacute;ment au Plan approuv&eacute; de marquage des articles UID et aux autorisations de t&acirc;ches connexes;<\/li>\n<li>Appliquer des &eacute;tiquettes UII au niveau des emballages sur les contenants applicables (y compris les contenants unitaires, interm&eacute;diaires et ext&eacute;rieurs);<\/li>\n<li>Se conformer aux sp&eacute;cifications techniques de marquage UID approuv&eacute;es par le DND pour toutes les &eacute;tiquettes UID appliqu&eacute;es;<\/li>\n<li>Prendre des photographies num&eacute;riques des biens conform&eacute;ment aux directives, &agrave; l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;&eacute;quipement fourni par le gouvernement;<\/li>\n<li>V&eacute;rifier physiquement chaque article &agrave; marquer en le comparant aux dossiers EMR du DND et &agrave; l&rsquo;article lui-m&ecirc;me, conform&eacute;ment aux directives re&ccedil;ues;<\/li>\n<li>Documenter et signaler toute divergence ou exception dans les avoirs en mat&eacute;riel par rapport aux dossiers EMR de DRMIS relev&eacute;es lors des activit&eacute;s de marquage, conform&eacute;ment aux directives;<\/li>\n<li>Maintenir une communication quotidienne avec votre superviseur Calian via Microsoft Teams, signaler les enjeux et transmettre toute situation n&eacute;cessitant une r&eacute;solution de conflit avec le personnel du DND au superviseur<\/li>\n<li>Exigences physiques:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingue en fran&ccedil;ais et en anglais;<\/li>\n<li>Poss&eacute;der un minimum de 12 mois d&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience en gestion et supervision d&rsquo;employ&eacute;s;<\/li>\n<li>Poss&eacute;der un minimum de 12 mois d&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience dans au moins trois (3) des activit&eacute;s suivantes :<\/li>\n<li>Avoir compl&eacute;t&eacute; avec succ&egrave;s un dipl&ocirc;me d&rsquo;&eacute;tudes secondaires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exigences suppl&eacute;mentaires:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les d&eacute;placements sont principalement locaux durant les heures normales de travail; du gouvernement au niveau Secret<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>Calian is seeking a UID Labelling Lead to assist our client with the facilitation of their project.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee Calian resources during the execution of UID Labelling activities at DND facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site surveys to inform resource estimates for future UID Labelling task authorizations;<\/li>\n<li>Apply UID Labels to equipment located at DND\/CAF facilities across Canada in accordance with the approved UID Item Marking Plan and associated Task Authorizations;<\/li>\n<li>Apply package-level UII Package Labels to applicable packaging (including unit containers, intermediate containers, and exterior containers);<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to DND-approved UID Technical Marking Specifications for all UID Labels that are applied;<\/li>\n<li>Capture digital photographs of assets as directed with Government Furnished Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Physically verify each item to be marked against DND&rsquo;s EMR records and the item as directed<\/li>\n<li>Document and report any discrepancies and exceptions in materiel holdings when compared to DRMIS EMR records identified during Marking activities as directed<\/li>\n<li>Be in daily communication with your Calian Supervisor on Microsoft Teams, reporting and issues and deferring and conflict resolution with DND staff to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Physical Standards :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual in both French and English<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience managing and supervising employees<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience performing at least three (3) of the following activities:<\/li>\n<li>Must have successfully completed a high school diploma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some of the area and overnight travel may be expected<\/li>\n<li>Will be provided protective equipment including earplugs, protective masks when required, gloves, steel toed boots<\/li>\n<li>Must be certified in the required Health and Safety guidelines (this is provided by Calian to Contract Employees)<\/li>\n<li>You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Secret level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-51310","career","type-career","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>UID Labelling Lead - Calian Careers<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/nl\/careers\/df-uid-labelling-lead-56523-3\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"nl_NL\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"UID Labelling Lead - Calian Careers\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Titre du poste : Responsable de l&rsquo;&eacute;tiquetage UID  Lieu : Montreal, QC  T&eacute;l&eacute;travail : Non  Unit&eacute;
