{"id":51223,"date":"2026-06-14T08:05:17","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T12:05:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/careers\/df-intermediate-integrated-logistics-support-specialist-57414-7\/"},"modified":"2026-06-23T15:56:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T19:56:54","slug":"df-intermediate-integrated-logistics-support-specialist-57414-7","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/nl\/careers\/df-intermediate-integrated-logistics-support-specialist-57414-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Intermediate Integrated Logistics Support Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>Calian is currently looking for a Logistics Supports Specialist to support the Asset Visibility Initiative required by the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM).<\/p>\n<p><!--CareersInnerInfo--><\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing correspondence and documents related to the acceptance\/rejection of deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Preparing statements of work and item descriptions for inclusion into requests for proposals<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback and (or) data clarification to the project management authority<\/li>\n<li>Conducting evaluations of ILS bid proposals and provide feedback and recommendations to the project management authority<\/li>\n<li>Working with engineering and procurement staff to ensure ILS efforts are integrated with other program activities<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing logistic support elements which include: maintenance tasks, spares, training, technical publications, translation and facilities<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and presenting to business units and operational divisions which cover issues of maintenance and supply support<\/li>\n<li>Assist the stakeholders by stocktaking of all materiel held, including physical counts and discrepancy investigation within the system of record (JSIS DRMIS)<\/li>\n<li>Report any deficiencies and surpluses to the proper authority for adjustment action<\/li>\n<li>Support to Life Cycle Materiel Managers (LCMMs) to update various data and information in JSIS DRMIS, including processing equipment\/material for disposal or sale<\/li>\n<li>Support to Supply Managers (SMs) by processing various material management transactions in JSIS DRMIS and assist with data accuracy within the Materiel Master Record (MMR)<\/li>\n<li>Initiate material identification requests and assist with data enrichment in support of the RCOs<\/li>\n<li>Leverage the Canadian Government Cataloguing System (CGCS) and NATO Master Cross Reference List (NMCRL) to conduct search verification in support of record creation<\/li>\n<li>Support immediate supervisor with the review of various business processes, reports, analytics visualizations and the implementation of strategies or solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a High School diploma or higher level of education<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 7 years work experience in Supply chain management within the past 10 years<\/li>\n<li>A valid provincial driver&rsquo;s license (Class G or equivalent as a minimum)<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience within the last 84 months with Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) or System Applications and Products (SAP) Enterprise Central Component (ECC)<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience within the last 84 months with the Canadian Government Cataloguing System (CGCS)<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 3 years experience using Microsoft Office; Excel, Access and Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must currently hold of be eligible for Secret (Level II) Security Clearance with the Government of Canada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compensation<\/p>\n<p>86,000 &#8211; 98,000$<\/p>\n<p>Vacancy<\/p>\n<p>We have 1 available position.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-51223","career","type-career","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Intermediate Integrated Logistics Support Specialist - Calian Careers<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/nl\/careers\/df-intermediate-integrated-logistics-support-specialist-57414-7\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"nl_NL\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Intermediate Integrated Logistics Support Specialist - Calian Careers\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Position Overview Calian is currently looking for a Logistics Supports Specialist to support the Asset Visibility Initiative required by the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM).
