The Health Services Policy Analyst supports the Women & Diversity Health (WDH) Section within Force Health Protection by advancing evidence-based public health initiatives tailored to the needs of women and diverse members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). The role helps improve health, well-being, and operational readiness through research, policy analysis, program evaluation, and collaboration. We are looking for individuals who can commit to working a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Full time hours are also available (37.5 hours per week).<\/p>\n
Working as part of a team, the Analyst contributes to public health leadership by ensuring the needs of women and diverse members are recognized and addressed in military settings. This includes shaping public health programs, supporting inclusion initiatives, and integrating sex-, gender-, and diversity-informed perspectives into policies and practices.<\/p>\n
