Calian is a trusted partner to public sector organizations across Canada, delivering specialized health, training, and professional services in complex operational environments. We support first responders, enforcement professionals, and public-facing workforces through evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that prioritize safety, professionalism, and well-being.

Calian is seeking qualified Registered Psychotherapists (RP) to support a potential Mental Health Awareness Training program within a large urban transit environment.

  • Contribute to training materials, course standards, and learning objectives as required
  • Assess participant learning through written and/or practical evaluations
  • Maintain attendance records and provide post-session reporting as requested
  • Provide clinical insight related to stress management, resilience, compassion fatigue, and self-care

  • Must have a minimum five (5) years of experience delivering mental health, crisis intervention, or self-care training in enforcement, public safety, or comparable operational environments
  • Must be fully fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Biligualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated experience as a practising clinician working with individuals experiencing mental health crises
  • Experience providing consultation, incident review, or evaluative support in a public safety or enforcement context
  • Strong ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical audiences

Additional Requirements
