{"id":55062,"date":"2026-09-09T12:55:38","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T16:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/careers\/sf-bilingual-senior-project-manager-nuclear-2595\/"},"modified":"2026-09-12T20:24:20","modified_gmt":"2026-09-13T00:24:20","slug":"sf-bilingual-senior-project-manager-nuclear-2595","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/fr-ca\/careers\/sf-bilingual-senior-project-manager-nuclear-2595\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Project Manager (Nuclear)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>The Senior Project Manager is accountable for leading and delivering projects in Calian&rsquo;s Nuclear and Environmental division from initiation to closeout, while effectively balancing the requirements of quality, scope, schedule, and budget.<\/p>\n<p><!--CareersInnerInfo--><\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with a team of skilled engineers, analysts, vendors and other project support staff to deliver projects\/programs\/portfolios on time and on budget.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, track and maintain project schedules and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage project risks.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise effectively with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control progress on the project, providing regular updates on schedule and budget to senior management and to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new clients and projects based on expertise in project areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in engineering, business, or business administration;<\/li>\n<li>At least 15-20 years&rsquo; experience of managing projects is required;<\/li>\n<li>PMP or equivalent project management training is considered an asset;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Primavera P6 and\/or Microsoft Project;<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge and application of quality standards, CNSC regulatory documents, and other applicable nuclear codes and standards is preferable;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated technical writing experience;<\/li>\n<li>A demonstratable track record in managing multiple customers and coordination of multiple projects or large programs simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated team building skills coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of budgeting and scheduling;<\/li>\n<li>Condition of employment is acquiring nuclear site security clearance;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work at customer sites (may include Toronto, Tiverton, Durham Region, Regina, or Ottawa);<\/li>\n<li>Experience with nuclear and environmental related projects is an asset; and<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills, team-player who looks for win-win solutions and provides excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be eligible for Government of Canada security clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to travel as required.<\/li>\n<li>This role is open to candidates in the Greater Toronto or Bruce County Area&#8217;s, employees located within 50km of our offices will be expected to work a hybrid model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compensation<\/p>\n<p>$140,000-$170,000 per annum<\/p>\n<p>Vacancy<\/p>\n<p>We have 1 available position.<\/p>\n<p class=\"d-none\">#LI-SB1# #SF#<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-55062","career","type-career","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Senior Project Manager (Nuclear) - Calian Careers<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/fr-ca\/careers\/sf-bilingual-senior-project-manager-nuclear-2595\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"fr_CA\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Senior Project Manager (Nuclear) - Calian Careers\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is accountable for leading and delivering projects in Calian&rsquo;s Nuclear and Environmental division from initiation to closeout, while effectively balancing the requirements of quality, scope, schedule, and budget.
