Les t&acirc;ches comprennent, entre autres, les suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fournir des services de physioth&eacute;rapie y compris la consultation en pr&eacute;vention, l&#8217;&eacute;valuation et le traitement aux membres des Forces canadiennes;<\/li>\n<li>Compl&eacute;ter une &eacute;valuation approfondie et &eacute;tablir un plan de traitement pour les clients souffrant de diverses conditions orthop&eacute;diques, musculosquelettiques, neurologiques, respiratoires et pr&eacute;- et post-chirurgicales;<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser des techniques manuelles et de tissus mous;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer que les services de physioth&eacute;rapie sont fournis conform&eacute;ment aux normes des Forces canadiennes;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre l&#8217;accent sur les approches actives et intervention pr&eacute;coce;<\/li>\n<li>Participer &agrave; des activit&eacute;s administratives, y compris la planification, la collecte des statistiques de charge de travail, et les rapports de fin d&#8217;ann&eacute;e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Les qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Membre en r&egrave;gle de l&#8217;Ordre professionnel de la physioth&eacute;rapie du Qu&eacute;bec (OPPQ);<\/li>\n<li>Connaissances du traitement physio th&eacute;rapeutique d&#8217;affections relevant de la m&eacute;decine orthop&eacute;dique et\/ou sportive<\/li>\n<li>Minimum de trois ans d&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience de travail dans le domaine de la physioth&eacute;rapie avec une client&egrave;le orthop&eacute;dique\/ musculosquelettiques<\/li>\n<li>Avoir termin&eacute; soit le niveau 2 du cours de la th&eacute;rapie manuelle ; ou avoir termin&eacute; la partie B de la formation McKenzie ; ou avoir une certification en acuponcture, comme celle d&eacute;livr&eacute;e par l&rsquo;Institut de la Fondation d&rsquo;Acuponcture du Canda, ou une certification en piq&ucirc;res s&egrave;ches.<\/li>\n<li>Certification de r&eacute;animation de base pour fournisseur de soins de sant&eacute; ou l&rsquo;&eacute;quivalent, comme un certificat de Cardio-secours sur la r&eacute;animation cardiorespiratoire et le d&eacute;fibrillateur externe automatis&eacute; (RCR\/DEA) Niveau C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exigences suppl&eacute;mentaires<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&Ecirc;tre parfaitement bilingue et capable de parler et d&#8217;&eacute;crire en fran&ccedil;ais et en anglais<\/li>\n<li>&Ecirc;tre en mesure de pouvoir obtenir une cote de s&eacute;curit&eacute; au niveau de fiabilit&eacute;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Calian is proud to continue a long-standing contractual relationship with the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide healthcare services to the Canadian Armed Forces. Through the Health Care Provider Contract, Calian employs health care professionals across Canada who are integral to supporting the health and wellbeing of our military members.<\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>Calian Health Services is seeking a Physiotherapist for the Canadian Forces Health Services Centre in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec to provide comprehensive consultation, assessment, and treatment in both the physiotherapy section, by booked appointment and walk-ins, and the Care Delivery Unit (CDU) via sick parade and\/or consultation, as part of the collaborative practice model. They can benefit by treating clients who are generally very fit and motivated towards their recovery.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions using evidence-based approaches and best practices in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and scope of practice<\/li>\n<li>Carry a full orthopedic caseload of 12-18 patients per day; including 2 New Assessments per 7.5 hour clinical day, and up to 3 follow-up patients per hour. This may include 60 minutes charting time if required, provided the 12-18 patients per day range is still attained<\/li>\n<li>Provide assessment and treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions resulting mainly from sports and training injuries as well as work injuries and accidents<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and document informed patient consent for assessment and treatment through an accurate explanation and instruction<\/li>\n<li>Provide screening assessments, education and orthoses recommendations in a direct access setting such as CDU walk-ins<\/li>\n<li>Prescribe exercises to optimally rehabilitate and prevent injuries and promote fitness<\/li>\n<li>Provide manual therapy and soft tissue techniques for neuro- musculoskeletal conditions, scar tissue, muscle tension, circulatory disorders and lymphatic problems<\/li>\n<li>Utilize pain management techniques that may include acupuncture (needling below the dermis);<\/li>\n<li>Provide ergonomics education including the provision of on-site assessments in the patient&rsquo;s workplace<\/li>\n<li>Provide physiotherapy related education to patients and members of the health care team in topics such as injury prevention and health promotion issues<\/li>\n<li>Perform Biomechanical Foot Assessments including orthotics fitting and fabrication<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design, preparation and provision of programs integral to the operation of the physiotherapy clinic as a member of the healthcare team for the purpose of education and rehabilitation such as programs specializing in proprioceptive rehabilitation, reintegration, or back pain self-management<\/li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing management of patient care by presenting cases during inter-disciplinary meetings, attending clinical rounds, conducting patient conferences, and in scheduling additional follow-up care<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily clinical documentation for all patient interactions in accordance with CF and provincial regulatory body clinical documentation and record keeping requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Current license in good standing from the province of Quebec<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working in orthopedics or sports medicine and either Manual Therapy Level 2; McKenzie Part B; or Acupuncture Certification such as AFCI or Dry Needling Certification<\/li>\n<li>Valid certificate of Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) to Healthcare Provider or equivalent such as Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation\/Automated External Defibrillator (CPA\/AED) Level C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong ability to communicate in French both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LI-ST2#<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-50927","career","type-career","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Physioth\u00e9rapeute - Calian Careers<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/careers.calian.com\/fr-ca\/careers\/df-physiotherapeute-56038-2\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"fr_CA\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Physioth\u00e9rapeute - Calian Careers\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Description de t&acirc;ches Calian est fi&egrave;re de poursuivre une relation contractuelle de longue date avec le minist&egrave;re de la D&eacute;fense nationale pour fournir des services de soins de sant&eacute; aux Forces arm&eacute;es canadiennes.
