Position Overview<\/h3>\n

Calian is hiring Fabricators to join our growing carbon-fibre production team. You’ll play a key role in manufacturing advanced composite components that support aerospace, defence, and communications projects. Whether you’re just starting out or bring hands-on experience, we offer training, mentorship, and a clear path to senior-level roles.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

📍Calian Composites | Arthur Rose Facility | Saskatoon, SK<\/em>🕒Full-time | 37.5 hours\/week | Shift-based<\/em><\/p>\n

• Day shift: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.<\/p>\n

• Evening shift: Monday – Wednesday, 3 p.m. – 1 a.m. and Thursday 3 p.m. – 12 : 30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Fabricate small and large carbon-fibre components using specialized tools and equipment<\/li>\n
  • Trim and finish parts to precise specifications<\/li>\n
  • Bond composite structures and assist in integrating sub-assemblies into larger, more complex systems<\/li>\n
  • Perform final packaging and prepare shipments for on-time delivery<\/li>\n
  • Support quality inspections, laser metrology, and apply protective coatings in our in-house spray booth (training provided)<\/li>\n
  • Follow detailed work procedures to ensure quality and safety<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist your teammates<\/li>\n
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (e.g., trades, assembly, fabrication)<\/li>\n
    • Team mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn<\/li>\n
    • Punctuality, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety<\/li>\n
    • No experience required – full training provided<\/li>\n
    • Successful candidates must be able to obtain a Controlled Goods clearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
