Contribuer à la conversion des prospects et aux objectifs de vente

Qualifications

3 à 7 ans d’expérience en ventes internes ou soutien aux ventes

Expérience dans un environnement technique ou d’ingénierie, un atout

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et communicationnelles

Bonne capacité de suivi et gestion de priorités multiples

Aisance à travailler de façon autonome en télétravail

Maîtrise de l’anglais requise, le français est un atout

Diplôme en administration, ingénierie ou domaine connexe, un atout

Exigences supplémentaires

Confort dans un environnement technique nécessitant une compréhension des concepts d’ingénierie

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our sales activities. This role is primarily focused on administrative and operational sales support rather than outbound prospecting. You will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the progression of opportunities through the sales cycle. You will act as a key point of contact for prospective customers, ensuring timely engagement, qualification, and coordination with internal teams. The role operates within a technical environment where an understanding of engineering concepts is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Follow up and qualify inbound leads

Maintain engagement and advance opportunities through the sales cycle

Act as the first point of contact and build strong customer relationships

Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally

Support proposals, quotations, and responses

Track opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups

Maintain clear visibility of pipeline and next steps

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and communication

Stay informed on customer activity and share insights

Support lead conversion and regional sales goals

Qualifications

3 to 7 years of experience in inside sales or sales support

Experience in a technical or engineering environment preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Excellent follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Fluency in English required and French is an asset

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is an asset

Additional Requirements
