Responsabilités

  • Assurer la satisfaction de la main-d’œuvre pour l’ensemble des contrats sous gestion, notamment en ce qui concerne la rémunération, les avantages sociaux, les aspects administratifs et les vacances.
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients en agissant comme principal point de contact auprès des autorités techniques et contractuelles et en développant des relations solides afin de garantir la valeur ajoutée des services offerts.
  • Maintenir des interactions régulières avec les clients, incluant des suivis mensuels par visites ou appels, ainsi qu’un minimum d’une visite par trimestre.
  • Gérer la performance de la marge brute en fonction des objectifs établis lors de l’octroi du contrat et viser son maintien ou son amélioration.
  • Favoriser le renouvellement des contrats en s’appuyant sur une forte satisfaction des employés et des clients.
  • Identifier et développer des occasions de croissance au sein des contrats existants afin d’augmenter les revenus, tout en transférant les nouvelles opportunités d’affaires à l’équipe des ventes.
  • Participer aux activités liées aux propositions, incluant le soutien aux renouvellements, la révision des propositions et la participation aux discussions de tarification.
  • Contribuer aux activités de l’équipe de service, aux prévisions trimestrielles et à la planification budgétaire annuelle.
  • Collaborer avec les services internes, notamment l’administration des contrats, la paie et les finances, afin d’assurer une circulation efficace de l’information.
  • Repérer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires au sein des contrats et chez les clients.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au rôle.

Qualifications

  • Formation postsecondaire ou expérience militaire équivalente dans un domaine technique ou administratif.
  • Un minimum de deux ans d’expérience pertinente en administration de contrats ou un an d’expérience en gestion de contrats ou de projets.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Bonne compréhension des contrats gouvernementaux ou militaires, ainsi que des politiques et pratiques associées.
  • Capacité démontrée à agir avec urgence et à obtenir des résultats, avec une approche proactive et orientée vers le client.
  • Aptitude à identifier et développer des opportunités d’affaires.
  • Historique de succès dans la conclusion d’opportunités importantes et forte motivation à réussir.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication écrite et orale, avec capacité à vulgariser des concepts et stratégies.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Contract Manager to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, and that workforce satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and contract fiscal targets are achieved across assigned contracts. The Contract Manager maintains an outward-facing focus, driving employee and customer satisfaction while ensuring project financial success and full ownership of all contract metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure workforce satisfaction across all managed contracts, including compensation, benefits, administrative matters, and vacation considerations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction as the primary interface with customers, including both technical and contract authorities, by building strong relationships and ensuring value delivery and contract compliance.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement through monthly visits or calls, with a minimum of one visit per quarter.
  • Manage gross margin performance against targets established at contract award and work to maintain or improve financial outcomes.
  • Drive contract retention through strong workforce and customer satisfaction practices.
  • Identify and support contract growth opportunities by expanding scope and generating additional revenue within existing contracts, while escalating new opportunities to the Sales organization.
  • Support proposal activities including championing renewals, reviewing proposals, and participating in pricing discussions for contracts under management.
  • Contribute to service line initiatives, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal divisional services including Contract Administration, Payroll, and Finance to ensure effective information flow and contract execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities within client organizations and across managed contracts.
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or military equivalent in a technical or business field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant contract administrative experience or one year in a contract or project management function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Understanding of government and or military contracts, policies, and practices.
  • Strong sense of urgency with a results-driven mindset and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Proven success in closing large opportunities and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts and strategies effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgment, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with flexibility, composure, and innovation.
  • Professional and positive demeanor that reflects well on the organization.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
