Position Overview
The Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting Patient Support Programs, with a primary focus on field-based nurses and additional healthcare administrative roles.
This role partners closely with business leaders to proactively anticipate hiring needs, build strong clinical talent pipelines, and ensure a transparent and efficient recruitment process. The Recruiter operates with a high degree of autonomy, maturity, and accountability while maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers on search progress and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based nursing roles and healthcare administrative positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand workforce needs and anticipate future hiring demand.
- Build and maintain proactive nursing pipelines and community networks.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assessing clinical competencies and role alignment.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline status, timelines, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure strong documentation and due diligence.
- Coordinate interviews, references, and offer processes.
- Support reporting and workforce planning activities as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience with strong preference for experience recruiting nurses
- Fully bilingual (English and French), strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical roles, nursing competencies, and healthcare terminology.
- Experience recruiting across a range of healthcare roles; patient support or community-based healthcare experience is an asset.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- High level of professional maturity and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Le ou la Recruteur(e) bilingue en santé est responsable du cycle complet de recrutement pour les Programmes de soutien aux patients, avec un accent principal sur les infirmier(ère)s, ainsi que sur des postes administratifs en santé.

Le ou la titulaire agit avec autonomie, maturité professionnelle et sens des responsabilités, tout en maintenant des communications régulières avec les gestionnaires d’embauche quant à l’avancement des mandats.
Responsabilités
- Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement pour des postes infirmiers mobiles ainsi que pour des rôles administratifs en santé.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires et les responsables de programmes afin de comprendre les besoins actuels et futurs en recrutement.
- Développer et maintenir des stratégies proactives de recherche de talents, notamment au sein des réseaux infirmiers.
- Effectuer les présélections et entrevues en évaluant les compétences cliniques et l’adéquation au rôle.
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières aux gestionnaires sur l’état des candidatures, les échéanciers et les conditions du marché.
- Maintenir des suivis précis dans les outils de recrutement et assurer une documentation rigoureuse.
- Coordonner les entrevues, les vérifications de références et le processus d’offre.
- Soutenir les activités de planification de la main-d’œuvre et de production de rapports, au besoin
Qualifications
- Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience en recrutement dans le secteur de la santé.
- Expérience en recrutement d’infirmier(ère)s ou d’autres professionnels de la santé réglementés fortement privilégiée.
- Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais), à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Excellente connaissance des rôles cliniques, des compétences infirmières et de la terminologie médicale.
- Expérience en recrutement pour divers postes en santé; une expérience dans les programmes de soutien aux patients ou en soins communautaires constitue un atout.
- Approche proactive et collaborative, avec capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
- Grand souci du détail et solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Haut niveau de maturité professionnelle et bon jugement.
- Maîtrise des systèmes de suivi des candidatures (ATS) et des applications Microsoft Office.
- Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe, un atout.
