Nous sommes à la recherche d’un assembleur mécanique pour contribuer à l’assemblage, l’installation et l’entretien de systèmes d’antennes. Responsabilités

Assembler des systèmes d’antennes selon les dessins techniques, les spécifications et les instructions fournies

Diagnostiquer les équipements afin d’identifier et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques ou liés aux systèmes

Évaluer la performance des machines et des équipements et proposer des améliorations

Utiliser de manière sécuritaire des équipements tels que des chariots élévateurs et des plateformes élévatrices après formation

Participer à l’installation, à la mise en service, à la réparation et à l’entretien des équipements chez les clients

Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et organisé en respectant les normes de santé et sécurité

Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer l’efficacité et la qualité du travail

Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins du poste

Qualifications

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent

Expérience de 1 à 2 ans en assemblage, en fabrication ou dans un environnement technique

Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins techniques et des instructions de travail

Excellente aptitude mécanique et sens de la résolution de problèmes

Aisance à travailler avec des outils manuels et électriques ainsi qu’à effectuer des tâches d’assemblage

Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe

Disponibilité pour se déplacer chez les clients au besoin

Connaissance des normes de sécurité et engagement envers la qualité

Certification de chariot élévateur ou plateforme élévatrice, ou volonté de suivre la formation

Capacité à soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 22 kg (50 lb)

Maîtrise fonctionnelle de l’anglais requise; le français est un atout

Exigences supplémentaires

Admissibilité à l’obtention de la cote de sécurité des marchandises contrôlées

Position Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to support the assembly, installation, and maintenance of antenna systems. Working from technical drawings and instructions, you will contribute to building and setting up high-precision equipment both in the shop and at customer sites. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. The position follows a Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on-site schedule. Please note, this position is in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.

Responsibilities

Assemble antenna systems in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and instructions

Troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve mechanical or system-related issues

Evaluate machine and equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and aerial lifts following training

Support installation, setup, repair, and routine maintenance of equipment at customer sites

Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety requirements

Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards

Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or technical experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and hands-on assembly tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Forklift and aerial lift certification or willingness to obtain

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg)

Functional English required; French is considered an asset

Additional Requirements

Eligible for Controlled Goods clearance
