Position Overview
Calian is proactively seeking a Standards Representative to help support the design, development and delivery of Canadian Forces Health Services Group Training and Education programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Training Plan (TP) to include:
? Amending and updating content as approved by the Chain of Command
? Reviewing productive hours and instructor calculations submitted by training Companies to ensure conformity with current TPs and Training Centre (TC) instructions.
- Invigilate Summative Evaluations (performance checks) in accordance with the TP
- Maintain student files including but not limited to:
? Recording assessment scores, information pertaining to Training Review Boards, Administrative and disciplinary measures
? Recording feedback regarding course conduct in TE databases
? Sending course reports to relevant stakeholders upon completion of the instructional program.
- Manage Performance Review Boards (PRB) to include but not limited to:
? Preparing the required paperwork
? Coordinating scheduling requirements to ensure attendance of all relevant stakeholders
? Recording information during PRB conduct and subs
Qualifications
- Must hold a minimum of a High School Diploma OR Certification in the field of Adult Learning, Distance Learning, or eLearning from a recognized institution; AND has completed at least one of the following courses:
? QS Manager – AKLW;
? TP Manager – AKLX;
? Instructional Supervisor – AHCJ; OR
? Analysis/Design/Evaluation – 112246
- Must have completed a minimum of five learning assessments within the last five years using either the KirkPatrick or Kaufman Evaluation Models to assess learning and/or training program for adults. Any combination of the two models totaling five learning assessments will be considered
- Must have a minimum three years’ experience within the last 10 years working in a Standards/Quality Assurance role

- You must have the ability to work onsite
- You must be a Canadian Citizen
- You must hold or be able to obtain a Government of Security Clearance
